Cox has partnered with Marketplace Chaplains to provide employees with confidants that build relationships of trust and friendship.
Cox Manufacturing provides monthly wellness education meetings, each with a focus on some aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. October's wellness welcomed new Marketplace Chaplain Herschel Giroux, who joins Raelyn VanPelt as a Cox workplace chaplain. Cox is proud to provide employees with confidants that build relationships of trust and friendship in order to better their personal lives and growth. Both chaplains are available on-site weekly to discuss personal and spiritual issues and extend support for the emotional well-being of employees and their family members. Cox Mfg's workplace chaplains also frequently host optional "life learner" lunches that allow employees to come together in a group setting to foster a sense of community in spiritual discussions. Meetings are on designated days for male and female employees to comfortably address more personal issues.
