Cox Mfg. Acquires Stevken Manufacturing

MAY 5, 2010

After running Stevken Manufacturing together for over 23 years, Ken and Kevin Seaburg have made the decision to retire and sell their Davenport screw machine products business. Cox Manufacturing Company has acquired key machinery, tooling, and inventory to immediately transfer production to their state-of-the-art plant in San Antonio, Texas. Starting May, 2010, all Stevken customers will be served from the ISO 9001:2008 certified Cox facility.

Stevken has a proud history of supplying some of the most demanding Davenport screw machine products with a track record of excellent quality and delivery and mirrors the standards at Cox. The special expertise in medical parts and precision micro drilling for medical applications will complement Cox's current expertise in the medical industry.
