Adolphus, known to employees as simply "Obi", joined the team in December of 1998 as a shipping employee. In 2016, he was promoted to Team Leader of the Shipping department, the first sole employee to hold the position. Since then, he has provided clear direction and motivation for dozens of newly hired shop employees, who generally spend at least a week in his department to learn the basics of the company. New and seasoned employees praise Obi for his faith, team player attitude, willingness to help, and bright disposition.
