Mike Petrusch brought his robotic expertise and large general understanding of machinery to Cox Manufacturing on September 2, 2004. He began as Manufacturing Manager and employees immediately noticed his emphasis on the importance of team work. His demonstrated hard work quickly earned him Manager of the Year in 2006. A few short years later, he was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing. Mike continues to gain the respect of his employees through his knowledge, experience, hard work, and dedication to lean manufacturing.
