Employees gathered for lunch in honor of Memorial Day.
Cox employees gathered on Monday to honor those who lost their lives, reflect on their service, and remember the reason behind the luxury and freedom enjoyed today. President and CEO, Bill Cox, generously provided a catered lunch for all of those that wished to spend their time together in recognition of those that could no longer.
Director of Human Resources, David Fry, hosted the lunch, opening with a prayer and then providing employees with a history of the holiday and its purpose through time. Several employees also shared trivia about various American wars.
In remembering the fallen, we also honor and thank their loved ones: spouses, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, friends.
