An update from Cox Manufacturing regarding the effects of Hurricane Harvey.
We would like to take this time to appreciate the good wishes we have received regarding the massive weather event that passed our way – Hurricane Harvey. We would like to reassure the community that fortunately Cox Manufacturing Company did not sustain any damage or loss of power, allowing our production shifts to run uninterrupted.
Some of our supply chain and cargo channels may be affected by the flooding in our neighboring city of Houston, but at this time it is impossible to tell to what extent. We are pleased to report we are well-stocked with most supplies, which continues to allow normal operations. As well, daily freight outbound shipments have been uninterrupted, and continue to be reliable here in San Antonio. We will provide updates on any significant developments as we receive them.
Meanwhile, all of us at Cox join our community in hope and prayer for the safety and well-being of the victims of this unprecedented storm.
