Vacation/Sick Pay

  • Accrual starts at time of hire
  • 40 hrs. for one year of service - to 200 hrs. (5 wks) after twenty years of service.

Paid Holidays

Apprenticeship Program

  • Certified by the Department of Labor
  • Machine Technician – 3 year program
  • Master Machine Technician – additional 2 year program

Recruiting Bonus

  • Up to $200.00 recruiting bonus for referring individuals to Cox Manufacturing (restrictions apply)

Company Bonus

  • We pay 2 bonuses based on company performance
