Sales Executive (No Travel)

About the role
Your primary focus will be to use your sales skills to take charge of our sales pipeline and win new accounts and projects for our precision machined components. You will be up and running, using the latest tech, talking to customers and interested prospects in no time at all.

On any given day you will:

  • Conduct business development appointments over the phone and web conference. You’ll lead discovery sessions that demonstrate how our services are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Manage the sales pipeline. You’ll manage the flow of transactions from opportunity to close, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Record phone call and meeting data.
  • Report at sales meetings. You’ll regularly update the management team on the performance of overall sales.

Skills and experience needed
You’ll have a natural disposition towards helping others and project a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. You’ll have natural confidence on the phone, and the smarts to guide people to the best solution.

Here are a few specifics of what we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years in a sales environment.
  • A team approach – collaborative approach with colleagues to bring the product and sales message to life.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical ability with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and you know your way round a CRM.

We look very favorably on candidates with industrial selling experience or familiarity with small precision parts. We will provide full training and ongoing support.

CNC Machine Technician - Experienced and Non-Experienced

Compensation: Start $14.00/hr

Cox Manufacturing hires individuals who want manufacturing as a career. Cox Mfg offers a 3 year program to advance skills and improve earning power. Strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and a desire to learn are important. Training is on day shift; once trained, shift assignment may change based on business needs.

Compensation for non-experienced:
• Start $14.00/hr + $1.50 differential (for off shift)
• Complete year 1 - $15.00/hr + $1.50 differential
• Complete year 2 - $17.00/hr + $1.50 differential
• Graduate $20.00/hr + $1.50 differential

Bonuses and extra vacation given with each year of completion
Experienced machinists may qualify for a higher start rate

Duties:
- Operate FANUC/CNC controlled Swiss machines.
- Make parts for industries including firearms, dept of defense, aviation, electronics, more.
- Install and monitor machine tooling
- Inspect parts for quality and conformance with specifications


Minimum Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED, pass a background check, and math test
- Must be available to work 1st shift and an off  shift
- Prior experience not required, but blueprint reading a plus
