Pay is $15.00 - $24.00+ DOE, + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
This position is currently for 3rd shift (11 pm - 8 am), but must be able to work 1st shift (7 am - 4 pm) for training.
Cox Manufacturing is looking for individuals that are interested in making manufacturing a career. We offer a 3-5 year apprentice program to advance your skills and improve your earnings power. If you are interested in making manufacturing your career, then this job is for you. Strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and a desire to learn are the key to this position. The training will be on day shift; once trained, shift assignment may change based on business needs.
Pay Scale at each level of Apprenticeship:
Year 1: $14
Year 2: $15
Year 3: $17
Shift Differential: $1.50 / $2.00 per hour
